TERM
Buyer agrees to pay for the products according to Chez Ashton Spa’s payment terms.
PAYMENT
Payment terms are Credit Card only. Buyer’s obligation to pay all amounts is absolute and unconditional and is not subject to any abatement, reduction, set-off, defense, counterclaim, interruption, deferment or recoupment for any reason whatsoever.
PRICING
We strive to ensure accuracy in pricing on our website, however, errors may occur. We cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation in pricing that might arise and apologize for any inconvenience that may result should this occur.
TAXES
The amount of any sales, excise or other taxes, if any, applicable to the products shall be added to the purchase price and shall be paid by Buyer unless Buyer provides Chez Ashton Spa with an exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities.
Any taxes which Chez Ashton Spa may be required to pay or collect under any existing or future law, upon or with respect to the sale, purchase, delivery, storage, processing, use or consumption of any of the products, including taxes upon or measured by the receipts from the sale thereof, shall be for the account of the Buyer, who shall promptly pay the amount thereof to Chez Ashton Spa upon demand.
DELIVERY
Chez Ashton Spa will make a good faith effort to complete delivery of the products as indicated by Chez Ashton Spa in writing, but Chez Ashton Spa assumes no responsibility or liability and will accept no back charge for loss or damage due to delay or inability to deliver, whether or not such loss or damage was made known to Chez Ashton Spa, including, but not limited to, liability for Chez Ashton Spa’s non-performance caused by acts of God, war, labor difficulties, accidents, inability to obtain materials, delays of carriers, contractors or suppliers or any other causes of any kind whatever beyond the control of Chez Ashton Spa.
Under no circumstances shall Chez Ashton Spa be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or liquidated damages, losses, or expense (whether or not based on negligence) arising directly or indirectly from delays or failure to give notice of delay.
The expected delivery time varies depending on the destination. For Canada and USA, expect 7-10 business days to receive your package. A tracking number will be supplied to see the current up-to-date status of your package.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at chezashtonspa.com, please contact me using my contact form.
If your package was damaged during shipping and its content rendered unusable, I ask you to keep the products as well as the packaging they were in and to please contact me using my contact form. The delivery company will be immediately advised and Chez Ashton Spa will gladly replace the damaged products immediately.
Please keep all receipts in case of return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges concerning online purchases may be refused in store.
Buyer is aware they will receive order emails which are sent as part of the order process. Also, unless Buyer opts out, Buyer will receive periodic promotional emails from Chez Ashton Spa about Chez Ashton Spa’s promotions and products.
Buyer can permanently opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the promotional emails Chez Ashton Spa sends.
